The basic rhythm is Slow, Slow, Quick, Quick.
Slow (1, 2) - Slow (3, 4) - Quick (5) - Quick (6)
The Slow steps "will be taken first on to the ball of the foot, the heel then lowering.
Lady Step:
1. Right foot tap, and then step at the same place (Slow) - Tap, Step
2. Left foot tap, and then step at the same place (Slow) - Tap, Step
3. Right foot backward with all weight (Quick) - Back
4. Left foot step at the same place (Quick) - Rock
